Amazing things I've learned

Number One.

Non-stick pans suddenly turn into stick pans when baking here in CO.

I don't grok it.

Pans that remained non-stick at home without use of any oil are stick-tight pans here. Guess I'll have to get me a can of oil-spray. Sounds so delicious! You guys know what I mean.

Hello Lynne's other blog!

Umm, from personal experience (at the eating it end)cooking rules change at altitude. My mum's aunt and uncle lived in Boulder, CO. They came to house- and kid-sit us in the Blue Mtns (NSW, Oz) for a month back when my brother and I were small.
Everything they cooked turned into baby-food type mush, or shoe leather - but in their natural habitat they were quite good cooks. I don't quite know what's happening with your sticky non-stickery, but the goalposts have been moved, so Be Alert.

(p.s. we have had some rain, and a new premier, since you left)
